As Head of the Ecolabelling Department at Uzbekistan’s State Center on Environmental Certification and Standardization, Evgeniia leads the development of the national ecolabel and sustainable procurement policies. With over 15 years of experience, she is a recognized expert in environmental policy and green standards, she has authored national regulations and developed over 24 ecological standards for diverse product categories.
